Love that Blue

In my teenaged days, blue was my favourite color. Any kind of blue. Royal, navy, cobalt, sky, powder, baby, it didn't matter. I loved them all. And even though my tastes have expanded over the years, I'm still a blue girl.

Brown-Eyed Girl

For Fractured 2 I started out with the idea of big beautiful brown eyes. From there it was easy to fall back into my blue habit. Brown and blue naturally complement each other and create a modern, contemporary feel.

Why brown eyes? Well it's hard to resist a set of big brown eyes. My four adorable brown-eyed nieces are all the evidence you'll need of that.

About Fractured 2

Fractured 2 is second in my Fractured series and has a completely different mood than Fractured 1. It's a miniature acrylic and oil pastel mixed-media on canson mi-teinte paper.
